Each flower has different characteristics and perform differently than others that may be in the same vase. Nature is not always perfect either. We do guarantee the freshness of the product for 3-5 days under normal conditions. If after 3-5 days and certain flowers begin to fade away, just remove those from the vase and adjust some of the other flowers so that you can continue to bring joy into your life. By removing flowers as they fade away, you can continue to enjoy them by moving to a smaller vase for the flowers that are still vibrant.

With our guarantee, if you feel your flowers are not performing to the their highest standards after 3-5 days, give us a call. We will replace your arrangement with a another and will pick up the original to bring back to our store for our quality control team.
