If you are sending flowers to any of the Burbank studios (NBC, Disney, Warner Brothers), please be sure to include a phone number that the recipient is likely to answer. Because of security at the studios, we often need for recipient to leave our driver's name at the security gate. We also need to know the exact location of the recipient on the lot - building, room, and department number. We deliver several times throughout the day to these studios. We do deliver to Universal Studios in Universal City, but we usually only make one delivery per day here, so it is even more important that we have a phone number to reach the recipient. We suggest you give the recipient's cell phone number. When sending flowers to St. Joseph's hospital, we want to remind you that flowers are not accepted in the ICU and often not accepted in the CCU. Please make sure you are giving us the recipient's correct name, often patients are listed under a different name than you are familiar with.
For deliveries to the Marriott and Holiday Inn hotels in Burbank, please provide the room number or reservation name. If we do call any recipient before delivery, it is to ensure that we can get the flowers there at the correct time. Many people don't want the surprise spoiled, but if we don't call, it will really be spoiled by the flower delivery being delayed or incomplete. We don't call on every order, but if it is an apartment or business, it is likely.
