Delivery Policies

Sunday delivery is not available.

Standard, Next Day and Saturday delivery are not available for Alaska and Hawaii.

This item cannot be shipped to P.O. Boxes or APOs.

Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will not be delivered before Tuesday.

Changes to address information after the order has been shipped will result in a $10.00 charge.

The delivery service may leave the package at the door if no one is home.

For hospital deliveries, please make sure that the recipient is still in the hospital before scheduling the delivery.

Gifts to recipients in hospitals may take an additional 3-5 days for the hospital to process and deliver.

There is a 12 pm cut-off time for most items. If an item is ordered after that time it will ship the following business day.

Orders being shipped to Alaska and Hawaii are available for 2-day delivery for an extra $12.99. Deliveries to remote areas may take an additional day.
